CIPD New Profession Map

In November 2018 CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) presented the new competency model for HR professionals. The learning programme we offer is based on this competency matrix and best practice in HR profession.

The most interesting part of new competency matrix is the standard called "Business acumen". This standard is about business context in which organisations operate and it is one of the six Core Knowledge Standards.
